What is Scarless Face Lift?
“Scarless” does not mean there is no incision — it means the incision is small and stays inside the scalp, not on the face. Once healed it is covered by hair and is practically invisible from outside.
In a classic facelift the incision runs in front of and behind the ear. In the scarless approach, a single incision of about 3 cm is made in the temple area, behind the hairline. From there the brow, lateral forehead and midface are reached; tissues are repositioned along planned vectors upward and outward. In suitable patients, an almond-eye (fox eyes) effect can be added from the same incision, and sagging tissue along the jawline can be lifted to a degree.

An incision of about 3 cm is planned inside the scalp. No visible line forms in front of the ear, on the cheek or on the forehead.

A descended brow tail is lifted and the side of the forehead is tightened. The gaze opens; a tired look softens.

A temporal lift gently raises the outer corner of the eye. In suitable patients an almond-eye effect can be added from the same incision.

Fullness over the cheekbone is restored, the nasolabial fold softens, and the facial line looks clearer and younger.

How does my treatment process work?
First an online plan, then an in-person consultation, labs and surgery in Istanbul. A dedicated coordinator stays with you at every step — stay, check-ups and hotel in one file.
Who meets me at the airport?
A private car waits under your name at IST or SAW arrivals. You are taken straight to the clinic or hotel — you will not get lost in the city.
Will language be a problem?
An English-speaking team is with you from the first message to departure day. German or French support can be arranged on request.
Is the hotel contracted?
No package hotel is forced. Quiet rooms with lifts near the clinic are recommended; we coordinate the reservation in your name.
Can I explore the city?
Yes — on days and at a pace your surgeon approves. The first 48 hours prioritise rest; afterwards, low-walk routes such as the Basilica Cistern or a Bosphorus cruise work well.

Does scarless facelift really leave no scar?
Every surgical incision leaves a scar as a natural part of healing. The difference in the scarless approach is that an incision of about 3 cm stays inside the scalp; once healed it is covered by hair and no visible scar forms on the face.
Which areas are corrected through one incision?
Brow lift, temporal lift and midface suspension can be done through the same incision. In suitable patients an almond-eye (fox eyes) effect can be added, and sagging tissue around the jawline can be lifted to a degree.
Will it prevent a full facelift later?
No. Scarless facelift works only on the upper and midface through a limited incision. If a full facelift is needed 5–10 years later, it can be performed with a deep-plane technique without issue.
How does it differ from a classic facelift?
In a classic facelift the incision runs around the ear and is preferred especially for marked lower-face and neck sagging. The scarless approach focuses on brow, temple and midface; surgery is shorter and swelling is less. The two methods can also be combined when needed.
Who is it not suitable for?
If there is marked sagging at the mouth corners, jawline and neck, scarless facelift alone is not enough. A lower-face and neck lift or a full facelift is then recommended.
When can I return to work and social life?
Most patients return to daily activities in about 10 days. Swelling and bruising are less than with classic methods; the final result clarifies within 2–3 months.
I am coming from abroad — how many days in Istanbul?
Planning usually starts with an online consultation and photos. About one week in Istanbul is recommended until the first post-op checks are complete; your surgeon confirms the exact duration.
How long do results last?
Because tissues are suspended from a deep plane, the result is long-lasting. Ageing continues, but the face ages from a younger starting point than before surgery.
